BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. pork sausage links, browned
2 c. milk
2 1/2 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix beaten eggs, milk, dry mustard, and bread cubes. Add cut-up sausage links and cheese. Place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish or a glass 8 x 12 inch cake pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
