MOM'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked and cooled, crumble into pieces
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all together. Put into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
