STRAWBERRY-NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/4 c. pecans

Combine dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients. Spoon into two 9 x 5 inch pans that are greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with strawberry butter.
