CHRISTMAS RAINBOW POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as per package directions. Pour into two 8 or 9-inch pans. Bake as directed. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely.

Place cake layers, top side up, bake in 2 clean pans. Prick each layer with a utility fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Pour 1 cup of the boiling water over the red Jello, in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Spoon red Jello over 1 layer. Repeat with green Jello on second layer. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Dip pans into warm water 10 seconds.

Line it on plate. Spread layer with 1 cup Cool Whip. Remove second layer same way. Invert on first layer. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Decorate with gum drops. Refrigerate!
