POKE CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello, any flavor
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Prepare cake mix as directed, baking in a well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes; then poke with fork at 1/2 inch intervals.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and pour over cake in pan. Chill 3-4 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
