NOODLE CAESAR SALAD 
1 tbsp. salt
3 qt. boiling water
8 oz. med. egg noodles

Cook above until done. 1 egg yolk 1 head Romaine lettuce 2 c. garlic/cheese flavored croutons 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Salad dressing (recipe below)

Mix cooled noodles, egg yolk, lettuce, croutons and cheese in bowl rubbed with garlic. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.

Salad Dressing: Mince 1 clove garlic; blend 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, 3/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
