CAESARS SALAD 
1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Ground pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. crumbled Blue cheese
Romaine lettuce, cut into strips
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 3/4 c. olive or salad oil
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
1 raw egg

Place onion rings, green pepper, lettuce and mushrooms in bowl and refrigerate. Make dressing from remaining ingredients except cheese. Toss with cheese and pour dressing and toss again. Top with croutons.

CROUTONS:

4 slices buttered bread
Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle cheese on bread slices. Cut into cubes. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
