CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 cabbage 1/2 lb. ground meat 2 onions 3 pods garlic 1 bell pepper 3 stalks celery, chopped 28 oz. V-8 juice 3/4 c. rice Chop cabbage. Brown meat. Chop onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery. Add to meat and brown. Add rice and cook a few minutes. In loaf pan, layer cabbage, salt and pepper and meat mixture. Pour over V-8 juice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
