SOUR CREAM CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
3 c. sliced potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 c. cut-up cabbage
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until about half done. Put potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Add salt and pepper. Mix in sour cream. Fry cabbage in 1/2 stick butter until done. Put on top of potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste. Brown hamburger and onion and put on top of cabbage. Mix soup with milk and pour over hamburger. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
