NO-PEEP CASSEROLE 
2 lb. round steak or stew meat, cubed
8 oz. canned mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix all. Put in casserole and cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Don't peek! Serves 4.
