NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. (1 pt.) cottage cheese
16 oz. (1 pt.) sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter (I use unsalted)

TOPPING:

Crushed corn flakes (generously sprinkle on top of mixture in pan)
Brown sugar (drizzle over corn flakes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and place in 9x13 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients (except corn flakes and brown sugar) and put in pan. Top with corn flakes and brown sugar. Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
