MIXED VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
1 pkg. corn, carrots, peas, beans
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook vegetables as directed having added onions. Place in casserole with celery, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese soup. Cover with cracker crumbs, lots of butter. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
