1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in 9"x13" cake pan at 350 degrees. Put cake mix in large bowl, pour in melted butter, add egg and stir well. Pat into bottom of cake pan pressing mixture into side of pan. Mix confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
