PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all crust ingredients until crumbly. Press mixture into 11"x7" pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until light golden brown. Cool.

In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix well. Blend in milk, vanilla and egg. Add pineapple. Pour into baked crust.

In small bowl, combine butter and coconut. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is light golden brown and filling is set.

Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes 24 bars.
