HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 c. coconut
2 tsp. melted butter

Mix flour, sugar and butter. Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden. Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla until blended. Fold in pineapple. Pour over crust. Mix butter and coconut. Sprinkle over top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until coconut is toasted.
