CREAMED RICE 
1/2 c. raw rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Cook about 1/2 cup of rice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar, stirring frequently. Let cool (this is the secret -- the rice must be cool before proceeding). Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream, adding a little sugar and vanilla (if desired). Stir whipped cream into the rice and refrigerate.
