TERIYAKI STEAK 
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1 clove chopped garlic
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. ginger
Round, sirloin steak, or roast

Mix all together and pour over steak which has been placed in a deep dish. Marinate 24 hours and cook over charcoal. Slice thin diagonally and serve. May be used with round sirloin steak or roast.
