STEAK TERIYAKI WITH LEMON 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tsp. dark molasses
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Pinch of white or brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. thick cut round or sirloin steak
3 lemons

In a large zip-loc plastic bag, combine soy sauce, vinegar, wine, molasses, and garlic and onion powders with sugar. Cut steak in half and put into bay with soy marinade. Seal bag and place in a bowl so marinade covers top of steak. Let meat marinade at room temperature for 20 minutes. For round steak, marinate 1 hour. meanwhile cut peel off a lemon. Cut lemon into very small pieces. Cut other lemons into slices. Preheat broiler. Put steak on a broiler rack over a pan. Broil steak 2 inches from heat until it browns, turn over and cook to your preference. To service cut into strips, sprinkle lemon pieces over steak and spoon over pan juices. Garnish with lemon slices.
