STEAK TERIYAKI | |
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. dry minced onion 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 3/4 c. salad oil 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak Put all ingredients except steak in blender and mix. Cut round steak in long, thin strips. Put marinade and steak in a pan or plastic bag. Marinate 5 to 8 hours. Grill 7 minutes on each side, directly over coals, or broil to desired level. |
