TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck steak
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut steak in 1/8 inch slices. Mix rest of stuff in bowl. Place meat in crock pot. Pour sauce over. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
