BARBECUE BEEF RIBS 
1 c. thick and spicy hickory smoked barbecue sauce
1 or 2 cans beer
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
8-10 lbs. boneless beef ribs

Mix beer, garlic, salt and pepper in 9x13 inch pan. Soak ribs for at least 2 hours. Bake ribs in mixture until done at 350 degrees. Then put on grill with barbecue sauce for about 20 minutes.
