MACADAMIA NUT LAYERED JELLO | |
1 1/2 blocks butter 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts 1 sm. box lemon Jello 3/4 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 lg. box lime Jello Mix together butter, brown sugar, flour and macadamia nuts and press hard into a rectangle (10 x 13) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool. Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add sugar. When warm, add cream cheese and blend. Whip whipping cream and blend into Jello. Pour on top of cool crust and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour). Dissolve lime Jello in 2 1/4 cup boiling water and cool. Pour over whipping cream layer and refrigerate until set. |
