LOW-FAT SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1/2 cup fine minced onion
12 oz. fine grated extra sharp cheddar cheese (3 cups)
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 (8 oz.) tub fat-free French onion dip

Lightly brown and crumble sausage in frying pan with onion. Drain and let cool. Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine all ingredients except dip, and mix thoroughly. Mix in onion dip. Using a 1 1/2-inch size melon baller or cookie dropper, place dough on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.

Makes approximately 5 dozen.
