1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. coconut

Mix above ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Best served warm and topped with Cool Whip.
