“BIG BARN BURGERS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CHICKEN PARMESAN PIZZA

BIG BARN BURGERS 
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. salt
pepper, to taste
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices Cheddar or sharp Cheddar cheese
4 Brioche or onion buns
1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen breaded onion rings
6 slices center-cut bacon, cooked and cut in half

Prepare onion rings according to package directions.

Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce with horseradish. Combine 2 tablespoons sauce mixture, salt, and pepper with beef. Shape into 4 patties. Grill, broil, or pan-fry to desired doneness. Add cheese slices to melt during last few minutes of cooking.

Lightly toast buns in dry skillet. Add burgers to bun bottoms; top with 2-3 baked onion rings, 3 pieces bacon, and remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Cover with bun tops and grab some napkins!

Serve with fries and creamy coleslaw if desired.

Note: Can use homemade crispy onion straws in lieu of the frozen onion rings.
