MY FAVORITE CHEESE PIE 
Graham cracker crust, 9 or 10 inch shell

FILLING:

1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat above mixture until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl beat 1/2 pint sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla.

When pie is baked, add above mixture very carefully on top of pie; spoon it on. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Will serve 6.
