MY FAVORITE CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (3 3/8 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 graham cracker crumb pie shell (9 inch)

Mix cream cheese; add 1/2 cup milk and mix well (until smooth). Add 1 cup milk and pudding mix; beat 1 minute on high. Pour into shell and chill.
