BEST BLUE CRABS EVER!
1 dozen Atlantic Blue Crabs, cleaned
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups white cooking wine
1 (12 oz.) bottle any non-light beer
1/3 cup butter
1 tbsp. Old Bay or Crab Boil seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder

Get your cleaned blue claw crabs and liberally coat with Old Bay seasoning. Combine butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic in a bowl and microwave for 1:30. Cover crabs with butter and garlic mixture.

In a deep saucepan with a lid, combine olive oil and remaining garlic and brown. Add in onion powder, white cooking wine, beer, and Old Bay seasoning and bring to a simmer.

Use a steaming plate and place in saucepan. Place crabs with old bay and butter/garlic mixture in the sauce pan, cover, and steam for 20 to 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
