FUDGE CAKE: 
CAKE:

2 bars butter
2 c. sugar
6 sm. eggs
8 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans

FROSTING:

2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. marshmallows
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

CAKE: Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Then add cocoa, flour and pecans. Pour in 11x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix evaporated milk and sugar and cook 1 minute. Then add marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans. Cook 1 to 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Cool, then cut into squares.
