1 egg white
1 1/4 c. brown sguar
1 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Beat egg white until stiff and brown sugar and continue heating. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in pecans. Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 36 cookies.
