BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. round beef steak, cut in cubes
4 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. onion
Garlic salt to taste
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Dip meat in flour, brown in oil. Add onions, salt and mushrooms.

Combine in bowl the soup, water and mushroom liquid and seasoning. Heat and pour over meat. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti.
