BONELESS BEEF BRISKET | |
4-5 lb. brisket 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 4 oz. liquid smoke 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce Mix and pour over brisket. Cover tightly and marinate overnight (optional). Place in covered pan and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Uncover and drain. Pour 6 ounce Kraft Hickory Barbecue sauce over brisket. Cook 1 hour. Slice and serve. |
