BONELESS BEEF BRISKET 
Boneless beef brisket, 4 lb. size
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. A-1 steak sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Chopped onion
Potatoes
Carrots
2 c. water

Heat oven. Brown brisket on both sides. Remove from broiler, add salt and pepper.

Mix ketchup, soy sauce, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Put brisket in baking pan, fat side up, spoon sauce on top of meat. Add onion on top of sauce. Pour water around meat. Cover and cook in 300 degree oven for about 1 hour per pound. Baste every 30 minutes.

Add potatoes and carrots during last hour of baking time.
