BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
1 qt. water
12 oz. broccoli
12 oz. cauliflower
2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Colby cheese

Simmer all vegetables in water for 30 minutes. Add soup and cheeses and simmer on low heat until melted. Add milk.
