BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 (8 oz.) frozen bag broccoli
1 (8 oz.) frozen bag cauliflower
3 c. potatoes, carrots, onions total
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt to taste
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese

Boil all ingredients EXCEPT Velveeta cheese. Let simmer 30 minutes then add the Velveeta cheese.
