MARINATED SALAD 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. Brussels sprouts, cauliflower & broccoli spears
Salt & pepper to taste
2 sliced cucumbers
2 bunches green onions
3 cans artichoke hearts
1 pt. Golden Caesar salad dressing

Boil frozen vegetables and drain 1 hour. Slice the cucumbers and chop green onions. Drain artichoke hearts. Pour salad dressing over all of the above. Add salt and pepper to taste.
