LOW CALORIE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. cabbage
1 lb. ground meat
1 chopped onion
1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1 clove garlic
Dash of liquid sweetener
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can water

Grease casserole with Pam. Place chopped cabbage in bottom of dish. Sprinkle rice over cabbage. Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain excess fat. Pour meat over cabbage mixture. Mix soup, water, sweetener, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage-meat mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. 10 servings, 199 calories each.
