BREAD SALAD 
1 loaf white bread
1 onion, chopped fine
1 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 or 2 cans crabmeat or same amount fresh

Mix bread and onion and place in refrigerator overnight in covered bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together with bread and onion mix, salt and pepper to taste. Can substitute shrimp or a combination of crab and shrimp. Can garnish with olives and parsley. Keep refrigerated.
