STREUSEL COFFEECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pint sour cream

Cream butter then add sugar slowly, continuing to mix. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and fold in sour cream. Grease a 9 inch tube pan. Sprinkle 1/3 streusel mix in bottom of pan. Spoon in 1/2 the batter. Sprinkle with another 1/3 of streusel. Spoon in remaining batter then remaining streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pan.

STREUSEL:

3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 heaping tsp. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix well.
