SUNSHINE COFFEECAKE 
1 (18 oz.) box lemon or white yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines preferred)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box Jello instant vanilla pudding or pie filling mix

Beat all ingredients together in large bowl for 5 minutes at medium speed. Turn half the batter into a greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half the topping mixture (recipe follows). Spread remaining batter and then sprinkle on rest of topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and remove from pan, inverted on serving plate.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (your choice)

Mix together and use for topping.
