CINNAMON COFFEECAKE 
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. dairy sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon; set aside. Cream butter in a mixing bowl; gradually add 1 cup sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

Spread half the batter into 10-inch buttered tube pan or 7-cup scalloped tube pan; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Add remaining batter. Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; carefully turn out of pan. Serve warm.
