CHOCOLATE CINNAMON CAKE 
CAKE:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
5 rounded tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
5 rounded tbsp. cocoa
3 1/2 or more c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter with water and cocoa. Add sugar, flour and salt; mix by hand. Then add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon, again mixing by hand. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix while cake is baking and frost while cake is still hot!

Melt butter with milk and cocoa. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add chopped nuts.
