FISHERMAN'S CHOWDER | |
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of celery soup 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of asparagus soup 2 c. milk 2 (4 oz.) cans sm. shrimp or 8 oz. frozen sm. shrimp 1 (7 oz.) cans crabmeat or lobster (if you like) 1 tsp. pimento (optional) 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green onion (scallions) Heat all ingredients together very slowly. Do not let mixture boil. Serves 10 to 12. |
