SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can (large) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

In 9 x 9-inch pan mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla together and smooth in pan. Mix topping mixture and crumble over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
