SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4-6 lg. raw sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. marshmallows

Peel sweet potatoes; cut into smaller pieces. Boil. When done, drain. Add 1/2 stick butter, sugar, eggs. Beat well; dad milk, vanilla and nutmeg.

Place in a baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven until they puff up and start to turn slightly brown. Add marshmallows on top and return to oven until marshmallows melt and turn light brown.
