LOW - CAL. GREEN BEAN & CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
8 oz. boiled fillet chicken
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. green beans
1/2 c. fresh or canned mushrooms
1/4 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. tomato soup
4 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chicken soup, cream
Garlic and oregano to taste

Cut chicken into strips and saute in pan along with green pepper, onions and mushrooms. Pour tomato soup over chicken and let simmer. Spread green beans into dish and pour chicken mixture over the green beans. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
