PORK CHOP CHOP SUEY 
4 or 5 lean pork chops
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped celery

Into a greased casserole or square baking dish, put the uncooked rice. Over this put the onions, celery and green pepper in layers. Pour can of tomato soup over vegetables and add enough water to cover. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and arrange over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Add water if it becomes too dry. Serve with baked apples.
