CHOCOLATE CHIP ICING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. real chocolate chips
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream

Place chocolate chips in 1 quart casserole. Microwave at 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes. Watch chocolate carefully so that it does not boil. Remember it will continue to melt after you remove it from the microwave. Stir in salt and sour cream. Spread on cooled cakes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
