BAR B Q PORK 
4-6 lbs. pork or rib roast, slice & sprinkle with garlic flavored wine vinegar (1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 med. onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Saute pork and onion in cooking oil until tender. Bring brown sugar, salt, thyme leaves, ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over roast and bake in oven for 3 hours at 325 degrees, turning frequently. Serves 4 to 8.
