BAR - B - QUED SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. ribs
2 onions
4 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
2 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. chopped celery
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Mix all ingredients but ribs in a saucepan and simmer for 1/2 hour. Cut ribs into single ribs. Place in pan and pour sauce over ribs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. When ready to serve, remaining sauce from ribs may be poured over rice.
